Brenda Chavez (Div. 403) High school is just a ‘’school memory’’ that we all have. It’s where you become mature and start realizing how hard life is. One of my best memories was my freshman year because I met many new people and I joined the soc- cer team. The most difficult year for me was junior year because of the ACT, but if you study hard and work hard you will see good results! Now it’s my last year and I’m excited to be graduating from high school and go to college. I will miss all my friends and my teachers. It was a great experience and now it’s time to starts a new journey. I will miss Hubbard very much, but I will keep all the good memories in my heart. My advice for those underclassmen is to enjoy all your 4 years because it goes by fast. And good luck for those of you taking the ACT next year. Fatima Garcia (Div. 409) “Thrilling” is the best word that describes the feeling I received from Hubbard - it was an absolute thrilling ride. With all the ups and downs these past years, there were many lessons I have learned. I saw many people come and go throughout the years. My favorite part of these years was being able to interact with so many fantastic students and teachers. I enjoyed being a part of the debate team and the soccer team. I had valuable experiences from those activities overall, after these long four years, I have learned to become a better student, athlete, and friend; now I’m ready to deal with the real world I have many things planned for my future! My advice for those underclassmen is have fun, enjoy your 4 years, and go to all the events that they have at Hubbard because it only happens once in your life. |
